Deposit Lock: What happens if you reach your max number of deposits

To help you stay in control of your play, we've introduced a feature that limits the number of deposits you can make within 24hrs.

How will I know I’m reaching the limit?

  • You’ll see a warning message saying you're about to hit the deposit limit

  • It will explain that after this next deposit, you won’t be able to deposit again for 24 hours

  • You can choose to cancel or proceed with the deposit

  • If you proceed, the system logs your action for transparency

What happens after I complete my final deposit?

Once your final allowed deposit is successful:

  • You’ll get a confirmation message that also explains:

    • Your deposit was successful

    • Deposits are now locked for 24 hours

    • The exact time when you can deposit again

  • Your account will be flagged for a safer gambling review by our team

This restriction applies across all devices — both web and mobile.

What happens when the restriction ends?

This feature is designed to:

  • Protect you from unintended or impulsive deposit behaviour

  • Encourage breaks and reflection

  • Support our commitment to responsible gambling
