Why has this happened?

We’ve noticed that you have had multiple failed deposit attempts — usually due to insufficient funds. To help protect you, we’ll temporarily block deposits if this happens repeatedly in a short space of time.

What will I see?

Once the 24 hours have passed:

  • Deposit access will be restored automatically

  • Your failed deposit counter resets to zero

  • You’ll be able to deposit again as normal

  • Your account will remain under review by our Safer Gambling team

Why is this in place?

We understand that occasional failed deposits can happen — but a pattern of repeated failures might be a sign that you’re losing track of your spending. This restriction is designed to:

  • Help you pause and regain control

  • Reduce the risk of frustration or impulse deposits

  • Support a safer gambling experience

What else should I know?

  • This restriction is automatically triggered and enforced across all devices

  • Your account may be reviewed manually by our operations or compliance teams

  • You’ll be tagged internally for visibility and follow-up by our Safer Gambling team

  • All deposit failures and restrictions are securely logged in your account history

Want to take control now?

We encourage you to explore:

  • Deposit limits

  • Time-outs

  • Self-exclusion

  • Other tools in our Safer Gambling section

If you’re ever unsure or want to talk through options, our support team is here — confidentially and without judgment.
