Deposit Limits set by you


Customers are able to set a personal Deposit Limit here, which helps you control how much you can deposit for a set period. These can be set over 1, 7 or 30 day periods.

If you do with to increase your limit, you will be asked to confirm this change after 24hrs before it is applied.

If you wish to reduce your Deposit Limit, you can do that on the deposit limit page and the change will occur immediately.

Deposit Limits set by us

Sometimes we may set a Deposit Limit on a customers account. These are monthly deposit limits which will be visible on the deposit page and on the deposit limit page on your account.


If you you would like to increase a Deposit Limit set by us, we would like to get a better understanding of you and your financial situation. This helps us make sure you have a limit that works for you.

If you think the Deposit Limit is too high and wish to reduce, simply set yourself a lower limit here.
