From 23 February 2026, we are updating the payout limits on Tote Guarantee to ensure the promotion remains sustainable, fair and aligned to customer play.
What’s changing?
The standard maximum Tote Guarantee boost will be £200 per selection, per customer.
Some customers may have different limits applied in line with their account activity.
All limits are clearly set out in our full Terms & Conditions.
Our website copy has been updated to reflect the £200 maximum boost. Standard promotional messaging will reference “Limits apply”, with full details available in the T&Cs.
Why are we making this change?
Tote Guarantee remains an important part of our racing offer. This update ensures we can continue to provide strong value to the vast majority of customers, while keeping the promotion commercially sustainable.
The change is highly targeted and affects a very small proportion of activity — representing just 0.0002% of total bets placed over the past 12 months.
What stays the same?
Tote Guarantee remains in place.
The core customer promise does not change.
We remain committed to offering competitive value across our racing products.
