Can I still place qualifying bets before the promotion ends?

Yes. Any qualifying bets placed before the promotion closes will count towards Stayers' Club as usual.

Will I still receive any bonuses I've earned?

Yes. Any bonuses earned through qualifying bets placed before the promotion ends will still be paid.

We're taking some time to review Stayers' Club as we look at how we reward our customers in the future.

There are no immediate plans to replace Stayers' Club. However, we're continuing to review our promotions and rewards offering.

What promotions will still be available?

Does this affect any other Tote promotions?

No. This change only affects Stayers' Club. Your eligibility for other Tote promotions remains unchanged.

No. Any qualifying bets placed before the promotion ends will still be honoured under the existing Stayers' Club terms.

Will Stayers' Club return in the future?

We're currently reviewing the promotion as part of our wider rewards strategy. If we introduce any changes or new initiatives in the future, we'll let customers know.
