Pick a horse to be placed.

In races of three or more runners, bets are accepted for horses to be placed as follows:

路 4, 5 or 6 declared runners: 1st and 2nd

路 7 or more declared runners: 1st, 2nd and 3rd

路 21 or more declared runners: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th

If the field size drops from 5 or 6 declared runners to 4 actual runners, then 2 places will still be paid.

If the field size drops from 7 declared runners to 5 actual runners, then 3 places will still be paid.

If the field size drops from 21 declared runners to 6 actual runners, then 4 places will still be paid.

If the field size drops below such numbers, the pool will be void and all bets will be refunded.
