If your registered card has been lost, stolen or it has expired then please contact us and we will be happy to add your new card details.
How to add a new debit card.
To add a new payment method and assuming your balance is greater than zero then you need to withdraw your balance back to the registered card.
Once this is complete then you can remove and add a new payment method via the 'Add Funds' screen.

How to remove a debit card.
To remove a card you will need to contact our Customer Care team who will be able to assist you.
If there is no card registered simply select the type of card you are wishing to add by clicking the little circle to the left of the card type and follow the instructions to add the new card.
