Locating Promotions for Tote Credit
To find out if you have any Promotions available to you, follow this step by step guide.
Step 1. Next to your balance on the top right, click on the "My Account" icon
Step 2. This will open the "My Account" Menu. In here you will find an menu item named "My Promotions"
Step 3. All available promotions will be available for you to view in here. There also be an overview of
Step 4. Simply press the "opt in" button. When your Credits are available to use, they will appear within the "My promotions" page, and also beneath your balance.
I have earned Tote Credit through one of your promotions, when will it be credited?
If you have yet to receive Tote Credit from an offer for which you have qualified, there are a number of actions you can take:
Check the Tote Credit hasn't already been credited
Tote Credit shows as a separate part of your cash balance.
Check the 'Terms & Conditions' of the offer
If you have received an email to notify you of the specific offer, there will be a link in the header of the email directing you to the Terms & Conditions of the offer:
