Temporary Suspension is one of the things you can do to stay in control is set up a time-out. This tool allows you to exclude yourself from our services for varying periods of time depending on your needs.

You can choose to apply a time out for a period of 24-hours, 7-days or any period you choose up to a maximum of six weeks.

Once a time-out has been applied to your account, you will be unable to gamble using your Tote account.

Once you have chosen the time period that best suits your needs, we will not be able to reactivate your account until that time period has elapsed and you will be excluded from any of our marketing for that period.
