How to reset your password
To reset your password, simply follow these steps:
Click on the forgotten password link at the bottom of the login page
2. Enter the username you have registered to your account
3. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address
4. Follow the link and create a new password for your account
5. Once your password has been reset, if you have a lock it will be removed, if not, login using your new credentials.
