If you have forgotten your password details, and require a reset, simply follow the steps below:
Click "Login" in the top right corner
Click the "Forgotten password" link at the bottom of the page
Enter the email address registered to your tote account
An email will land in your inbox with a link to create a new password
Create a new password and login using your new credentials6. If you are unable to receive the password reset email, verify that the email address associated with your account is correct and check your spam or junk email folders.
Retry the password reset process by using the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page and ensure there are no typos in the email address you enter.
If the reset email still does not arrive, contact support to request a temporary password. Be prepared to verify your identity by providing details such as your date of birth, postcode, or the last four digits of your payment card.
Use the temporary password provided by support to log in. Once logged in, update your password to one of your choice by navigating to the 'View Account' section and selecting 'Update Password.'
Ensure you are entering the correct username and password when attempting to log in. If you encounter issues, close all apps or browsers, reload, and try again.
