How do I reset my password?

Get help if you have forgotten your password

If you have forgotten your password details, and require a reset, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click "Login" in the top right corner

  2. Click the "Forgotten password" link at the bottom of the page

  3. Enter the email address registered to your tote account

  4. An email will land in your inbox with a link to create a new password

  5. Create a new password and login using your new credentials
